01Scope
This policy applies to anyone who uses the exolvra.ai website or waitlist, and to use of the Exolvra software to the extent set out in the product license. "You" means the person or organization using the service.
02Do not use the service to break the law or harm others
- Engage in or promote anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights.
- Generate or distribute material that exploits or endangers minors, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights, misappropriate trade secrets, or violate confidentiality or privacy obligations.
- Process personal data unlawfully, or use the service in a way that violates data-protection or other applicable laws.
- Develop, design, or facilitate weapons, or other activities that risk serious harm to people.
03Do not attack, abuse, or interfere with systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data, or bypass authentication or access controls.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of systems you are not authorized to test. Security research on our own services is welcome only through our responsible-disclosure process.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the service or others' systems (including denial-of-service activity).
- Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or technical protections.
04Do not misuse agents and automation
- Direct agents to access, scrape, or interact with third-party services in violation of those services' terms or applicable law.
- Use agents for spam, mass unsolicited messaging, credential stuffing, or large-scale impersonation.
- Misrepresent agent-generated output as human where doing so is deceptive or unlawful, or present output as authoritative without appropriate human review.
- Connect the product to model providers, integrations, or data sources in violation of those providers' terms.
Because agents can use tools, write code, and take actions, you remain responsible for configuring permissions, approvals, and oversight appropriately, and for the consequences of the work you assign.
05Respect the website and the waitlist
- Do not submit false, others', or harvested email addresses to the waitlist, or sign up in an automated or abusive way.
- Do not copy, frame, or scrape the website except as permitted by law, and do not use our brand or content without permission.
06Consequences
If we believe you have violated this policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating access to the website or waitlist, suspending product access in accordance with the product license, and reporting unlawful activity to the authorities. Where practical and appropriate we will give notice, but we may act immediately to address serious risk.
07Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this policy, abuse of the service, or other misuse, email [email protected]. To report a security vulnerability, please use [email protected] and our disclosure process.
08Changes
We may update this policy as the service and the threat landscape evolve. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
